To help adults with diverse abilities have more fun, more connection, and more of the kind of life that everyone else takes for granted.

We’re here to break the routine, get folks out of the house and offer real, welcoming spaces where people can laugh, make friends, and try something new. Whether it’s our weekly evening program (The Trailblazers Club), our epic vibes TGIF Nights, our 1:1 Trailblazer Sessions or one of our random pop-up events; everything we do is about community, not checkboxes.

 

Our heart is in creating spaces where everyone can connect, explore, and belong not just go through the motions. We're building something bigger, a community where adults in the developmental and intellectual community can feel like they actually belong.
