Gatekeeping is real in the world of support services. I’ve seen adults with disabilities eager to join new events, only to have agencies block their chances. This isn’t person-centred support. It’s control disguised as care. It’s time we stop keeping people small and start sharing more. There’s room for all of us to create real community, freedom, and choice.

It’s never about cramming in as many people as possible to make an extra buck. It’s about making every moment count, creating real connections, and exploring the outdoors with a crew that feels just right.
